Fitness Advice for You
I am inviting you to find the healthier an happier version of yourself, so have a look at some of my fitness advice to help you on the road to success.

What a routine can do for your mental health
By having a set routine, either throughout the day, or at a specific time of the day, it can distract your mind from everything else. An example can be in the morning, wake up, meditate for 15minutes, shower, brush teeth, get dressed, make breakfast and start the day. This can encourage you to get out of bed in the morning, knowing what you have to do. It can also help you focus on the small things such as what you are going to have for breakfast. Give it a try, make a small routine for a certain time of the day for 20 days and see how it helps.

How to stay motivated when working out
We all have those days, where we can't get out of bed and the thought of working out makes us want to cry. However, I have solutions
CUTE CLOTHES:
Putting on your favourite gym clothes can make the smallest difference. Just by putting on something that you feel confident in can make you happy, releasing a hormone called serotonin.
PLAN A WORKOUT:
Plan the workout the day before so you know what to do. This can make it a lot easier to start as you don't have to think about what your going to do.
POSITIVE MINDSET:
Don't doubt yourself, nothing is impossible. The first step is the scariest and then it get a lot easier from there on. Trust me.

How to get over the fear of the gym
Everyone has that fear, the first time they walk into the gym and they suddenly forget what they're doing. But don't threat, I have answers.
PLAN:
Go in with a plan, know what you've got to do and make plan Bs incase a machine is being used or out of order.
GO TO A QUIETER PART OF THE GYM:
Start off with a quiet part first to allow yourself to get comfortable with it. After a while of working out, you will begin to feel more confident.
DON'T HAVE EXPECTATIONS:
Don't think about how much you "should be lifting" and focus on how much you can lift and be proud of it. It may seem daunting, seeing most people lift 100kg, but they once started where you are now, it takes time and one day you will be there too.
